We should be able to create features in group emails of gmail like in inbox. Many companies use Group Emails for better customer experience, so it would be usefull if can have the same features like inbox emails

Has any progress been made on determining whether this request will move forward? This would be very useful. My team spends more time in groups than in Gmail.
